Measure the width and height in centimetres at the widest and tallest points. Add 10 cm to each and enter those larger figures — you'll trim the excess once it's hung.

By the square metre: your wall area (width × height in metres) multiplied by the per-m² rate for your chosen finish. You only pay for your exact wall — no fixed rolls.

Walls under 5 m² are quoted individually — please contact us and we'll sort your size.

No. Because every mural is made to order, we don't ship samples. Instead, after you order we email a soft proof — your design at your exact measurements and print scale — to review before we print.

Yes — reply to the proof email with any sizing adjustments before approving. Once you approve, the mural goes to print exactly as shown.

Yes. We print with low-VOC, child-safe latex inks suitable for nurseries and bedrooms.

Yes — they're suitable for bathrooms, but not inside showers or directly wet areas.

Paste-the-wall: paste the wall, hang the numbered drops left to right, and trim the excess. A printed guide is included and most walls take 1–2 hours.

Because each mural is custom-printed to your measurements after you approve a soft proof, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. The soft-proof approval is your safeguard — please review it carefully before approving.

Contact us within 7 days with photos. If there's a manufacturing fault, printing error or transit damage, we'll make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We don't offer free reprints for change of mind or measurement errors — you approve your design and measurements on the proof before anything prints. Genuine manufacturing faults or printing errors are always covered.
