Refund & Returns

Every mural is custom-printed to your exact measurements after you approve a soft proof. Please read your proof carefully before approving — it is your safeguard. These terms are offered by Wallpaper Store (ABN 81 616 774 354).

The soft proof — your safeguard

After you order, we email a soft proof showing your design, your measurements and the print scale. Nothing prints until you approve it. If something is not right, reply with adjustments before approving.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your soft proof. Because all of our murals are custom-made to your requirements, once you approve the proof the order goes to print and cannot be cancelled, and all sales are final.

Change-of-mind returns

As murals are made to order and printed to your measurements, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Colour & variation

Slight variation in shade, colour and grain is an inherent part of the printing process; we do not guarantee an exact colour match. Always check your order before hanging it to ensure there are no production faults.

Inspect before hanging

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods before cutting and hanging. If wallpaper with faults that were visible before installation is cut and hung, a claim cannot be lodged.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted orders

Printing murals is an advanced process and, on rare occasions, faults occur. All faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery, with photos, at hello@wallpaperstore.com.au. Where there is a manufacturing fault, a printing error on our part, or transit damage, we will make it right by reprint or refund as appropriate.

Installation

Our murals are paste-the-wall and include a printed hanging guide. Installation and site conditions are beyond our control, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the wall and environment are suitable. We are unable to accept claims for incorrectly installed wallcoverings or related losses.
