Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for over orders, incorrect orders, or change of mind. This includes issues arising from mixed batch colour variances. Please confirm your order details carefully as changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order is processed.

We encourage ordering a $8 sample to ensure the colour and style meet your expectations. Custom-printed murals tailored to specific dimensions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Installation issues are not covered under our returns policy. Inspect your wallpaper for any defects before installation and follow the hanging instructions carefully.
