Refund and Returns
We recommend ordering a sample prior to your final order to confirm the colour and finish.
Before hanging the goods, make sure to read the installation instructions that came with them. To ensure proper installation, it is recommended that you use a professional installer. Ensure that the item is in good shape, does not have any shade variations and has no other flaws before cutting and hanging it. It is the buyer's obligation to inspect the item before hanging. If you have installed improper murals or if you have cut and hung wallpaper that has faults that were visible at the time of installation, you will not be able to lodge a claim.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept returns on any Bespoke Mural orders as these items are made to order.
Please keep in mind that because all of our Wall Murals are custom-made to your requirements, all sales are final. Once your payment has been verified, we will not be able to stop the delivery of your products.
For wallpaper rolls we offer a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel and refund your order. After the 24-hour cancellation period has elapsed, it is not possible to cancel your order. Once your payment has been verified, we will not be able to stop the delivery of your products.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Printing Murals and wallpaper is an advanced process and on very rare occasions, mistakes are made. Slight variation may occur and is an inherent part of the manufacturing process, always check the order before hanging it to ensure there are no production effects. All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 30 days. If you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Wallpaper Store will accept returns of damaged wallpaper within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Note that we cannot offer free returns, and the postage cost will be deducted directly from the refund.
Wallpaper Store recommends installers but is in no way affiliated with the companies. All installation information is supplied in good faith, but without guarantee. Installation and site conditions are beyond the control of Wallpaper Store. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the environment is suitable for the wallpaper and mural. We are unable to accept any claims for incorrectly installed wallcoverings or related losses.
