Understanding the need for flexibility, we offer a 14-day return policy on unopened and undamaged wallpaper rolls. This policy applies to standard wallpaper rolls and does not extend to custom murals or wallpapers cut to specific dimensions.

Conditions for Returns:

Returns are accepted for wallpaper rolls within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be unopened and in their original condition.

A refund or exchange is provided upon inspection and approval.

For custom-printed products and murals, returns or exchanges are not available due to the personalised nature of these items. We recommend ordering a $8 sample to verify the colour and style before making a final decision.

We do not accept returns for installation issues. Please inspect your wallpaper for any defects prior to hanging and follow the provided installation instructions.
